1. Our Quality Commitment

At GG Digital Creations, each artwork is crafted with meticulous care. We take pride in delivering prints of the highest quality. Should your order fall short of expectations, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Upon review, we shall either:

  • Provide a complimentary replacement of the item(s); or
  • Extend a full refund if a replacement is impractical or undesired.

Kindly note: Slight variations in colour, brightness, or contrast between digital previews and final prints are natural and part of the inherent beauty of bespoke artwork.

2. Scope of Our Guarantee

Our guarantee covers:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective, including printing imperfections or material flaws.
  • Instances where the wrong design, size, or quantity has been dispatched.
  • Production or craftsmanship defects not arising from supplied design files.

Items we cannot cover:

  • Minor tonal or colour variations within standard print tolerances.
  • Issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly prepared files.
  • Damage occurring post-delivery through misuse, mishandling, or neglect.
  • Claims lodged more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Custom Works & Returns

All creations at GG Digital Creations are made to order, a hallmark of bespoke artistry. Consequently, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. Should a made-to-order piece arrive flawed or incorrect, we will evaluate the matter under our Quality Commitment and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

4. Lost or Damaged Consignments

In the unlikely event your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Submissions for damaged goods should include photographs of both the item and its packaging. Valid claims will be addressed with either a replacement or a refund.
